To Do:
1. Pack my hospital bag for delivery
Panic - Not done and I'm probably due in another 2-3 weeks time!
2. Buy baby mattress cover, change mat & rompers for baby boy
My son is gonna kill me if he finds out he was dressed in pink for the first 3 months of his life. Gotta get decent coloured rompers for him.
3. Decide on baby's name
Have a few in mind. Just need more time to really think through what is suitable.
4. Get oil cloths for new dining table
This one is made of particle board and will blotch if I'm not careful with it.
5. Read Gina Ford's book on The Contented Baby with Toddler Book
I have used her baby schedule for my daughter. She slept through the night since 3 months old and is still sleeping through the night now without waking up for feeds. Must-have for every mummy to be.
Accomplished Tasks:
1. Finish Sir Ken Robinson's book on The Element: How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything.
Please view his TED talk on "How schools kill creativity". He is extremely hilarious and is a very brilliant speaker. View also the animated mindmap by RSA on one of his lecture on "Changing Education Paradigms".
2. Watch "Good Will Hunting"
I have always wanted to watch this. Did a little read-up on it and was surprised to know that Ben Affleck and Matt Damon wrote the screen play.
3. Restructure the living room and dining area
Part A) Move old armchairs out; replace space with bookcases to store the ever-growing pile of toys, children's bags, files and books
Part B) Replace round dining table with a rectangle one to create extra counter space for my extraordinary small kitchen
4. Buy baby essentials: bottles' steriliser, food blender, wet wipes and disposable breast pads
Bought these items at the recent Robinsons member's sale in 9 Nov 2013.
5. Watch Christopher Nolan's Batman Series
My favourite crime fighting hero.

Abandon Tasks:
1. Get birthday present for my daughter - Cancelled: She's pretty content with the Swensons meal.
I'm not sure what to get: a Mother Garden wooden toy set or a Mega Block set. But I do know she wants a birthday meal at Swensons - complete with fries and ice-cream.
2. Plan the kids' room - Postponed: After my confinement
Their room needs to fit 2 beds and sufficient wardrobe space for 2 toddlers and 1 baby (who is coming in Nov/Dec 2013). I have managed to clip some pictures for the best boy and girl's room under my Pinterest account. I'm going to be mad busy with moving stuff.
3. Set up the baby cot and changing table - Hubby to accomplish task
At 37 weeks into pregnancy, I don't think I should be doing this now.
